Rib Entrapment Syndrome Therapy focuses more specifically on restrictions and compensation involving the rib cage and sternum. Because this area influences breathing mechanics, spinal movement, core engagement, and how force moves through the body, addressing these patterns may help support greater comfort, symmetry, and freedom of movement.
